Can I reset the game and start again?
- Reset a single map. This option cleans one map and puts all the buildings you had on it into your storage.
- Full game reset. This option performs a full game reset, and you can start the game again like a new user.
But be aware! All your rewards and purchases will be deleted and cannot be recovered after a full game reset.
How to reset a map?
Keep in mind there is no undo for this operation!
1. To reset a map open the maps window in the top left corner
2. Click the bulldozer button on the map you want to reset
3. Confirm the reset.
How to perform a full game & account reset?
Be aware! This operation can not be undone!
You will lose all your progress including all purchases you possibly did.
To fully reset Super Citycon, enter the settings menu and tap the “reset account” button and the very bottom. After the security confirmation, all your account data will be deleted and you can restart the game as new player.
How to enter street view/walk mode?
Zoom in fully and then at the lowest point, zoom in again to enter street view.
How to enter satellite view?
Zoom out fully so you see your city from a birds perspective, then zoom out again to enter Sat-view.
To exit Sat-view, simply zoom in and you will get back into the regular 3D mode.
How to enter science view?
Tap the minimap to enter science view.
The right bar lets your choose between all on this map exisiting local influences to visualize them.
Tap the minimap again to exit science view.
How to enable iCloud access for Super Citycon
1. Open the Settings on your iPhone or iPad
2. Tap on your Apple ID & iCloud settings.
3. Choose iCloud to see your iCloud settings.
4. Make sure the “iCloud Drive” option is enabled.
5. Scroll down on the same page till you find “SUPER CITYCON” in the list of your Apps.
Make sure it’s enabled to use iCloud.
Now restart SUPER CITYCON.
If after following the previous setup, iCloud is still not available, please try rebooting your device.Â

Why does Super Citycon want to access my iCloud?
SUPER CITYCON uses your iCloud to secure your save file and syncs it across all your iOS devices.
The amount of space we need for this is very low, less than an average photo.
If I give iCloud access to Super Citycon, can you see my photos or access my data?
NO!
By enabling iCloud access, Apple provides us with a app specific container and SUPER CITYCON can only read from and write into this container.
We cannot access any of your other iCloud data, photos, or data from other apps.
Super Citycon is stuck in loading screen at the FIRST START, what can I do?
If you do not get a message that tells you about an issue and what to do about it, please proceed the following steps:
- Reboot your device and try again
- If rebooting did not help, delete SUPER CITYCON and install it again
- If your issue still consists, please contact us – support@benwilles.com
Super Citycon opens when I tap the icon, but I directly closes, what can I do?
If you do not get a message that tells you about an issue and what to do about it, please proceed the following steps:
- Reboot your device and try again
- If rebooting did not help, delete SUPER CITYCON and install it again. (Don’t worry, you will not loose your game progress.)
